Voice-first employee feedback

Listen to youremployees

A survey gets you a number out of five. A conversation gets you the reason behind it. Our voice agent talks to every employee, in their own language, and hands you back what they actually said.

What the voice line got

Voice line — same employee

  • Agent: You rated your manager a 4 last quarter and a 4 again now. What would a 5 have looked like?
  • Employee: I picked 4 because 3 feels like a complaint. She's fine. I just haven't had a one-on-one since March.
  • Agent: Since March. Is that how her calendar runs, or does something keep bumping them?
  • Employee: She books them. Then a client call lands on top and it gets cancelled. Six times now, I think.
  • Agent: Is anything of yours waiting on one of those?
  • Employee: My promotion case. I don't know whether it was ever submitted.

Nobody types as much as they speak. So ask them out.
