Who we are

Talk Audit and the Gus apps (Android and iPhone) are run by SAULELA, MB, Giedraičių g. 39-R53, 09302 Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). Questions about this policy or your data: business@saulela.com.

Who this is for

Gus is invite-only. A company that uses Talk Audit invites you as a contact; you can then talk and write with Gus, that company's AI companion. This policy explains what we do with your information when you use talkaudit.com or the Gus apps.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you a sign-in code. There are no passwords.
• Details the inviting company gives us about you, such as your name, and in some cases a phone number. You do not enter these in the app.
• What you say and write to Gus. In a room session, a call or a dictation, your microphone audio is turned into text while you speak. We keep the text (the transcript), not the audio. We also keep your chat messages with Gus.
• What Gus learns from your conversations. We use AI to summarise conversations and to remember useful facts about you, so Gus can pick up where you left off.
• Connected accounts, only if you connect them. If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, Gus can read your calendar events and emails when you ask him something that needs them, and can create or send items only after you confirm in the app. You can disconnect at any time.
• Technical records of the requests our servers make to the services listed below (for example timings and errors), kept to run and fix the service.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files or device identifiers. The apps contain no ads, analytics or tracking SDKs.

The microphone

The apps use the microphone only during a room session, a call with Gus, or a dictation that you start. On Android a notification shows while a session is running, so it can continue when the screen locks. Audio is streamed to the speech-to-text and voice services below and is not stored by us.

Who can see your information

• The company that invited you can see the conversations you have with its companion, including transcripts and summaries, in its Talk Audit dashboard.
• Service providers that process data for us, only to run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), LiveKit (live audio connection), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI replies, voice and analysis), Soniox and Speechmatics (speech-to-text), Resend (sign-in emails), and Composio (connection to Google, if you connect an account). Some voice lines may also use ElevenLabs, Fish Audio or Deepgram for speech.
• We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Transcripts, chat messages and summaries are kept while you have access to the companion, so you and the company can come back to them. Facts Gus remembers that are replaced by newer ones are deleted after 90 days. Technical records are deleted after 30 to 90 days. When your account is deleted, we delete your transcripts, messages and the facts Gus remembers about you, except where the law requires us to keep something.

Deleting your account and data

Email business@saulela.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete your account and the data linked to it within 30 days. You can also ask the company that invited you to remove your access.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to receive a copy of it. Write to business@saulela.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Children

Gus is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email.
